As you may know I’m trying to lose weight through cycling and better eating habits. Last year I didn’t do so well in the weight loss but I was getting fitter. This year has been a break through for me as I’ve lost over 20 pounds. I’m not done yet but I have it that plateau that many hit in their journey. It’s been a mixture of holidays, birthdays, emotional and slight regression back to old eating habits.
I need to refocus and stick to the plan and get motivated. I am hoping to go to Malaysia next year and I would love to be at or below the 200 pound mark. That would be a great achievement for me and a big surprise to my friends over there. Usually a big motivator is trying to impress a girl, but there is no one in my life at the moment. I need to stay optimistic and push through this weight loss plateau.
